Tsuka:

Same material (Same is actually rayskin, but some swords have other materials)= artificial rayskin.
Same color = off-white
Tsukamaki material (sword wrap)= cotton
Tsukamaki color = black.
Tsuka length (from tsuba to the kashira (end cap))= 10+7/16 of an inch.
Tsuka thickness (uniform around whole tsuka)= 1+5/16 of an inch
Fuchi width (tsuka collar)= 1+6/16 of an inch.
Fuchi length = 9/16 of an inch.
Fuchi thickness = 14/16 of an inch.
Tsuka width (around widest part (below fuchi))= 1+8/16 of an inch.
Tsuka width (Around thinnest part)= 1+6/16 of an inch.
Kashira width (end cap)= 1+5/16 of an inch.
Kashira length = 5.5/16 of an inch.
Kashira thickness = 10.5/16 of an inch.

Tsuba:
